ABOUT US
The present group is an amalgamation of three single practices serving the communities of Farsley, Calverley, Rodley and Stanningley. We are within the Leeds Primary Care Trust (LPCT) area and the contact details for the LPCT are North West House, West Park Ring Road, Leeds LS16 6QG. Telephone Number: 0113 3057370
We offer full general practice services and run specialist clinics for Children, pregnant women, diabetes, hypertension, chronic heart disease and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery.
Dr Lee & Partners aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff wear a name badge and identify themselves on the telephone.
This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about the services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates.
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms available from all the receptions.
Please inform the practice as soon as possible if you change your name, address or telephone number. Please note, when patients move outside our practice boundary area they are requested to find another GP nearer to their new home. It is not practice policy to keep patients on our list when they move outside the practice designated area.

Opening Hours
Each of our surgeries is open from 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Each surgery closes for one hour each day. The hour closing times can be obtained from each surgery.

Disabled Access
The surgeries allow access for wheelchair bound patients. There are special toilet facilities available.
