PRACTICE NURSE
30 – 37 HOURS PER WEEK – BAND 6 AFC
We are a busy, friendly, 9 GP teaching practice caring for 17100 patients. We are seeking to appoint an Experienced Practice Nurse, R.G.N. registered to work across our 3 surgery sites. The successful applicant should have experience in Vaccinations, Cervical Cytology and Chronic Disease Management and be enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and organised.
Car driver with own transport is essential.
