Patient Reference Group

The practice are setting up a Patient Reference Group and are looking for patients from all age groups, social and cultural backgrounds to join us.

We would like to actively engage with our patients and receive your feedback on our services.

If you are interested in helping us to improve our service and you have ideas about how we could do things better, then there are lots of ways you could get involved:

• Fill in one of our patient surveys
• Contribute to our patient newsletter
• Fill in one of our comment forms
• Come along to our patient reference group
