GP Registrars
The practice of Dr Lee & Partners is privileged to be a training practice. This means hospital doctors wanting to enter general practice spend six to twelve months with us and they receive support and training from members of the practice in preparation for a future career in general practice.
You may discover that the registrar may wish to videotape their surgery consultation with you. Videotaping is used for teaching, training or exam purposes only and you would always be asked to give your consent beforehand.
Management Team
Angela Gelder is the practice manager and is responsible for the overall management of the practice. If you have any comments about the provision of services by this practice, she would be very happy to hear your views and suggestions about the services offered by the practice. Sam Lofthouse is the deputy manager who assists in the day to day running of the practice and is responsible for computer management.

They are also here to help you with any advice you require on pursuing a healthy life style and prevention of chronic diseases.
The practice has two health care assistants , Alison Hawley and Kelly Rimmer.

Reception/Administration Staff
We have a total of 20 reception staff across the practice. Our receptionists will be able to offer you help and assistance with general matters including registering with the practice, collecting repeat prescriptions, booking in with a clinician and answer questions you may have.
Each surgery has a secretary who is responsible for all referral letters requested by the doctors.
Attached Staff
In addition to our own staff we also have other medical staff attached to our practice. These are health visitors, district nurses, midwives, mental health workers, community matrons and a physiotherapist.
Zero Tolerance
We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be warned to stop their behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.
